Recently had the unfortunate affair of brakes failing while visiting Penryn and needed doing asap. Everywhere I tried was fully booked, but luckily there was a space here, and I'm thankful there was.

Definitely recommend using.
Darren and the guys here, are honest, and the work is exceptional and also reasonably priced. Both me and my wife only ever bring our vans here.
Within reason ofocurse, they will always fit you in as soon as possible, even when they are extremely busy.
Wayne got my van through its last MOT, which he managed to get in sooner on a cancellation, which was brilliant.
My van is booked in again, to have all of the MOT's advisorys done soon, and yet again, Darren and the team have gone above and beyond to get my van in at the first available opportunity.
Garage's like this are hard to find nowadays. These garages are a rarity, and they deserve the work.

Great service. Lovely people and super honest about the repairs. Darren even takes the time to show me the replaced part and talk me over it.
Booked an MOT and asked for the rear pads and discs to be looked at, as I thought they needed changing. Excellent service and a very reasonable bill. Will certainly be using again in the future. Good to find a friendly local garage as I'm new to the area. Highly reccomend you check them out.
You fitted the wrong battery into my car when I was at university, I then moved out of the area so could not come back to get it replaced and thus had to buy a brand new battery only a year after replacing my old one. I had this checked at two separate garages so I know this is not someone having me on. Very disappointed as I paid over £100 for the battery with the expectation it would last a while. Would tell any university student to avoid them based on my experience.
Edit: in response to their reply, I no longer live in Penryn as I only moved due to the University of Exeter's campus. I now live 250 miles away so I don't think there is much chance of me being able to get my battery covered under warranty. This is why I specifically stated that I would be wary if I was a university student, as it it highly likely most students will move out of the area after completing their studies.

Booked in for an MOT which was completed quickly, all repairs done for a very good price and car was roadworthy within a few days. Very knowledgeable about my Saab and I will definitely return in the future for MOTs and any other work I need.
I rang up regarding an Mot for my car which happens to be an Australian import that was imported to the uk over 10yrs ago, in which the car has had several mot’s without issues.
Unfortunately the gentleman on the phone seemed rather incurious and his reply was “I wouldn’t be interested in doing a mot on it” when I asked why that was he simply said “I just wouldn’t be interested in doing it”
I rang up several other garages in the Falmouth area that offer mot’s and they all said they would happily do the mot on it!!
