After a very bad experience with Jhoots Chemist Penn I have changed my nominated chemist to Penn Care Pharmacy. What a difference it makes to by greeted by a helpful, smiling and kind team of people and on top of that they actually had the items on my prescription. Thank you.
Terrible place. Always have to fight to get the prescription. Although it's been the same prescription for years and years. If you need your tablets regularly on time every week/month. Go somewhere else.
Visited this well-stocked pharmacy yesterday for some emergency medication. Staff were great and service was excellent. If only certain pharmacies could take a leaf out of their book!! Proof of how a business should be run effectively & hopefully profitably!

Normally a really great pharamcy and most staff are really nice and helpful. Unfortunatly i went to collect some medication today and the young lady behind the till was abit rude and slammed my medication onto the counter top which made me feel uncomfortable. I understand that customer service jobs can be tiring and some customers are unfriendly but please don't take it out on other customers. I do hate to complain but it made me feel unwelcome.
The usual staff are very pleasant and always help me with any questions i have. Service is always really fast and they have a good range of products.
had to run in to get some medication, this young man called Jayden, was very friendly and extremely helpful. its people like him in the world that give me hope. could not sing his praises and the praises of this pharmacy anymore than i do, thanks team !!!
