Lovely food.
Great service and a good price too. Definitely our go to Chinese from now on.
We always order from Peking. It's the best Chinese in swallownest, food always nice, always hot, only down side is they don't deliver, I suppose when the food is good you don't need to deliver as people will travel and collect for good food.
Decent food although the chicken fried rice always looks anaemic. Just needs cooking a bit longer and browning off.
Peking take away was very good. Only down side was cash only. Had set meal for two and was as good as it gets. Would and will go again
Good food consistently, looks small and unassuming from the outside but taste and flavour are excellent. Worth a visit.
Only gave it 1 star coz I had to.
Starter was enough to put us off eating our main! Combo was disgusting, looked like it was cooked last week and tasted rank, sauce was definitely off.
I chose this takeaway coz reviews I looked at said how great it is...never again! Absolutely vile. Returned our meal and they gave us our money back...1 plus point I suppose! Ended up going to Oceans chippy...spot on!
Since my previous reviews, I was debating whether it should be 2 stars of 3.
The reason is that I placed my order and was told that it would be 25 minutes. Now I know it was busy, but at the end of the day, if it was going to take round 45 minutes (including me stood around the shop for over 20 minutes) I wouldn't have gone to the shop until later on.
The food was nice, as it usually is, it's just the length of time to wait for the food that is the issue and the fact it takes quite a bit longer than initially told.
Food was average, we were about 20 minutes away from home and they forgot items and we couldn't go back as it was close to closing time. Could only pay in cash so had to go to the cash machine. Prawn toast got them one more star, it was the saving grace lol
