Ordered chicken Cantonese style absolutely disgusting giant pieces of chicken in a sort of curry sauce looked like dog food very off putting won't go there again
Don’t bother most expensive Chinese in Somerset and only had two prawns in my house curry with disgusting processed chicken. The beef wasn’t good either no wonder they are never busy! Use golden pond must fresher and cheaper.
Had a roast pork chow mein and I was disgusted at the price and to get home and the roast pork was black we're it was burnt and tasteless definitely not worth the money and will definitely not be going back
Last night my hubby and I called in for the first time and tried several dishes. The premises are clean and tied and the aroma from the kitchen was mouthwatering. The food was still piping hot even though we had a couple of miles detour to get home. There is an amazing menu selection and every dish we tried was delicious.
We would highly recommend trying this superb take away.
Delighted with the food as always. Maybe a little bit more rice in the house special fried rice. Please ????

Moved from Berkshire to Somerset and had been searching for a good Chinese takeaway for over twelve months. All were very mediocre until I found Peking Chef in North Petherton - Great food, ready when they said it would be and at a reasonable price ! Have been using it for the last 3 years and have never been disappointed....
Have used this takeaway twice, (the second time as a second chance to see if the first time was just a one off mistake!) yet both times received incorrect food and disgusting service. The second time I was given completely the wrong order and when I called they were so rude and refused to rectify the problem - they even swore at me on the phone. Appalling - DO NOT USE.
