Excellent service every time from all the team .
Sadly had a poor experience for the second time compelling me to share my experience. First when trying to collect a prescription a day after it was said to be ready, the clerk told me quite abruptly that it wasn’t in. I asked to double check as the Doc had said it would be ready the previous afternoon. Upon checking she found it but it was an effort. Quite saddened given it was for pain relief. The second experience was to collect covid tests booked through nhs site for collection. Received my email and collection code before driving to the pharmacy, waited in the cold then when I got in told very matter of factly they don't have any? I enquired why would I receive an email telling me they are ready only to receive “I can’t give you what I don’t have” dressing down for following the info in the email! I would hate to know an elderly relative got this treatment but the same person was less than helpful and struggled with two customers allowed in the shop at a time so off elsewhere to find tests.
This is an excellent pharmacy. I've never been given wrong advise and is always my first port of call for all my family members.
Very friendly staff who maintain privacy at all times. Well stocked shop and will always order in any product that they don't have.
