Jay and the team have offered kind support and understanding to me over the last couple of years as well as being knowledgeable and informative pharmacists. They are a huge asset to the Pimlico area and we are so lucky to have them. I can't praise them or thank them enough for all their hard work and the contribution they make to the community.
When i moved back home to Pimlico I joined the Marven Medical practice in Lupus ST . The Paxall Pharmacy is right next door to them- and the staff are helpful and kind the docs at the Marven ping through my prescriptions and
i can pick them up fast .Very much a peoples' pharmacy where you are greeted and recognized- and helped !
The Chinese man working in this pharmacy is probably the best pharmacist in London. He is very helpful and respectful. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I got a prescription from the doctor for 1 item. The pharmacist said it's an OTC item and it would cost £18 to get via the prescription as it's a standard cost. So he said he'd sell it to me cheaper as OTC for £15, and I took it.
I checked with another pharmacist and 1 prescription item is £9 standard price.
I'm not going to trust it here anymore.
Listing shows open until 8pm. I walked several miles in pain only to find it closed at 7:15pm on a Thursday and not even a sign out the front stating opening hours. FFS, why don't you update your listing?? Clearly you don't care about you customers.
Always used this chemist even before it moved inside the Dr's surgery. Small family run business (I think) with friendly staff who get to know you and your needs and offer great advice.
Efficient and helpful and usually have a very good supply of products in stock
