Paul has looked after all my BMW cars for @ 14 years now, carrying out the servicing, MOT and repairs when necessary.
Paul along with his Team have given the best service possible. I have referred my friends as his attention to detail and care are always first class as I know he is completely reliable. He always checks elements on my car if I need be to reassured pre a long driving trip and with a kind and personal approach. Nothing is ever too much trouble; he and his Team are always professional!

Simply put, Paul and his team are the best in the business. I've been taking both my classic and modern BMWs to PMW to have major work completed for some time now, and even though I've relocated away from Hertfordshire, I'll be continuing to make the journey to use PMW. They're really that good! Paul's in depth knowledge is unrivalled and he's a true enthusiast as well as a top grade technician.

The service at this place is not to be underestimated. It was beyond good .My E93 BMW needed a lot of work with some complex problem solving required . Paul and his team quickly solved the issues and completed a large amount of work to immaculate standards . Throughout the whole process I was informed before any works were needed and had regular updates and pictures sent to me . Before works started the car had to be recovered to the Garage , this was sorted immediately by Paul at a very good rate. Not only is this the best service I’ve had at a Garage , the rates are very good and the work 100% spot on . Thanks to Paul and the team for looking after me .
Paul looked after my Dad's car with great care and obviously spend a long time making sure everything was in great condition for the MOT. His communication was good and I was kept informed all the way through the process about what work needed to be done. It is now so much easier to drive and I certainly feel safe in it. Paul went over and above the usual customer service and collected the car which really helped me out. I felt we were in safe, reliable and trustworthy hands and would recommend PMW. We will be using Paul for future work on the family cars.
I had a big coolant leak on my car which was tucked away under everything.
Paul and his team took delivery of my car from a recovery truck and carried out an inspection.
They kept me up to date on what they had found and was was planned for the work.
After the job was completed Paul sent me photos of the work undertaken which gives the customer additional peace of mind.
It was a pleasure to have dealt with PMW and customer service is through the roof.
I will certainly be returning for any other work needed.
