Ordered lunch for delivery. Hot food was missing. Driver went straight back to get it and the owner called to apologise and gave some free donuts. Donuts were not necessary because they were so polite and I wasn’t bothered about the mistake. But very anpologetic and very quick to correct it. Food was worth the wait. Tasted amazing! Will definitely be using again.
Nice selection of treats. Particularly nice doughnuts (fresh tasting). Would prefer if the staff wore gloves when handling food at all times, hence 4 stars as opposed to 5.

They delivered fresh high quality sandwiches, salad and baguettes which were out of this world for my clients.

I always go to Paul's Bakehouse as we as a family love their cakes but today i feel really let down as i bought one of their cake slices that cost £2.75 and it was most definitely not baked today, was hard and felt like it had been sitting on the bakery shelf for at least 2 days as it had gone stale. The cake had lost all its softness and was not edible, unfortunately it went straight in the bin. I would have taken it back but the thought of putting a baby and 4 year old back in the car was a major put off so didn't bother. Its a shame really as usually their cakes are awesome.
The lady at the counter was very rude. She literally handed over burnt coffee. And the food was ridiculous, the chicken samosa was full of raw carrots.. tasted awful. I wonder y this bankery even exists. Don't waste your money.
I absolutely loved going to Paul's Bakehouse, so much so that I went back again a few days later. We originally bought a magic bag which had a lot of items in it (pictured). It was a very generous bag and excellent value for money. Thhe chicken pastries were halal and very delicious even though we reheated them. The lemon cake loaf cake even though I'm not a big fan of lemon was very delicious and soft and fluffy. The tiger bread was also very soft and remain fresh for a good few days afterwards.
I went back again a few days later to get a chocolate shortbread gingerman for my daughter which she was very excited about and also a chocolate doughnut which I thoroughly enjoyed.
This place has on-site parking and is new modern and a perfect place to get a takeaway bakery fix. I highly recommend it and will definitely be going again soon!
Had a sausage roll, much like a gregs one. I don't like Greg's ???? was looking for some nice home made bakes
Had a lovely delivery of baguettes, rolls, hot cheese and onions rolls and a mixture of donuts, tray bakes and cakes! Absolutely delicious! Everything went down really well with the family as a lunch time treat along with a nice cup of tea! Definitely a nice addition to the area.
