Went to get my prescription 5 people behind counter In pharmacy, 2 looked up when I came in. Stood for a while, watched one come out from behind pharmacy section, ignored me went into a door came out saw me went back behind counter, they all ignored me yet a couple again looked up, I stepped sideways just incase they couldn't see me. Made eye contact with one staff member, again!! Ignored still. I said err shall I come back when your less busy, still got ignored, no well be with you in a minute, nothing, so I strolled put, they looked up. Fuming is not the word, so rude. At least normally someone comes out from behind counter.
Absolutely disgusting went straight there from my gps who put me on a weeks worth of antibiotics got home opened the box they gave me three days. I ring them everyday and they keep saying they will drop them off
This Pharmacy lunch time 13:00to 14:00 but it closed before 13:00 like 10 min before and people still waiting outside for 1 hours till to be 14:00 ....I think staff don't be careful about they time..
I normally go to another pharmacy but they didn't have my prescription paperwork or the medicine...blaming a manufacturer issue. Thought I would try out Pattani's. The gentlemen behind the counter was very helpful. He went out of his way to find me on his system. Gave me good useful information about the medicine and advised me on seeking further treatment. Seems like what a good pharmacy should be.
Terrible service...On the box of the medication it was antibiotics but inside the actual box was Blood Pressure, which if taken would have possibly cost me my life!!!! I will definitely be reporting this officially. Totally unacceptable.
Always the Staffs are helpful. Shiv is one of the kind person, who always looked after us.

What an absolute farce. They charged me for diabetes medication, with a medical exemption certificate. No wonder the NHS lacks funding, because of pharmacies like this one ripping the system for medication which should be free.
