Took my mini countryman into Eddie few hours later told me the fault on my EGR cooler and even told me that BMW have a goodwill vin based campaign on this fault.
Been in touch with BMW getting booked in to sort the EGR cooler out Eddie telling me this Will save me a lot of money and BMW UK was very helpful ????
Absolutely fantastic service, after 2 garage's and one mobile auto electrician and nearly £2000 worth of work (which is as much as I paid for the car, and in my mind I think it was unnecessary work, but I will never know ????) Ed was recommend and what can I say.. Problem sorted, price was reasonable and he is a very down to earth Bloke. If I could give you 10 stars I would. If anyone asks me I would recommend this place in a heart beat. Thank you so much.
Excellent service, fixed car no problem, and really friendly, what a nice person, loved it that they were more than happy to show me round their new dpf cleaner too. Bonus points for all-gender toilet ????
Tried calling to no avail so drove from llanberis to there to be told he won’t do jeeps as there more trouble than there worth total waste of fuel and time
Ed diagnosed and repaired my trusty Volvo v50 that had suddenly shown signs of distress with an electrical fault I guessed was an alternator issue. I booked in and on the date I took my car in . Ed confirmed it indeed was the alternator. He sourced the best replacement part and fitted it all the day and working hours. Nice straight up service at a reasonable price considering this type of issue. Big thanks to a nice guy running a good establishment.

Needed a diagnostic on my vehicle however using their experience they showed me exactly what the culprit was. Booked the vehicle in the next day and completed the work swiftly. Friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly these days trustworthy!
