Just got bk from there asked for Gaviscon advance and the silly woman behind the counter cant read and has gave me normal one just got home and opened it with out putting my glasses on ..fuming with the stupid woman,,,,, becarfull when buying stuff dont ask for help
SO MANY ISSUES with this pharmacy. Just been to pick up my life saving drugs. INCORRECT AGAIN. Pharmacy is now closed I go on holiday tomorrow morning and won’t be able to collect the correct prescription. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Staff is unknowledgeable. They will give you something wrong even with prescription, extremely unhelpful, won't listen, even after going several times
Allergies and hay fever are a big problem in the UK. Both the seller and the pharmacist seemed to have a very limited knowledge on the differences between antihistamines they had. Ended up spending +£10 on a weaker antihistamine than the one I had and showed her, where I asked for the opposite.
I'm new to this pharmacy so far do good ,the staff are polite and efficient and the pharmacists are very enthusiastic and helpful
This place is absolutely useless and I think the staff would be happier to see you die rather than offer anything resembling helpful advice. Whatever ailment you have, just accept your fate as you won't get any help from these guys.
Just had the worst customer service of my life here. Got a random text saying my appointment had been cancelled for my second vaccination, and so rang to ask if there's any chance of me getting one today. Lady on the phone was nothing but rude from the start, questioning 'why would i do that' and telling me I was being rude when I was simply working out the logsitics of how to get my second dose. Hung up on me before I was done speaking, told me I was wasting vaccinations (my appointment literally got cancelled and you told me I couldn't have one???) Also have read reviews at how dirty this place is and that the staff don't sanitise before vaccinating so sounds like I've dodged a bullet!
Terrible service. I went there yesterday with my prescription but they didn't have one of the two items so I paid and they asked me to go back today. I went again this afternoon, asked for my medication and had to wait 45 minutes for it. 45 minutes. There weren't many customers and there were about 6 members of staff. What took so long? They just had to grab two boxes of tablets and one facial cream and put them in a bag! After 25 minutes waiting I asked if it was going to be long and they told me it would be just 5 minutes and that I could go away and come back later. I didn't go anywhere, of course, as I didn't want to waste any more time. When they finally brought my medication 20 minutes later they didn't even apologise. I am definitely not going back there.
