Nearly 3 years on and nothing sorted. The person dealing with the case off ???? sick, no one can talk to us, they are in a meeting, we will call you back…and don’t …. Blah blah blah !! Why isn’t someone else covering the case if the lead person can’t ???????? Bad enough we are dealing with the emotion of the case but this rubs salt in the wounds. If you are in a hurry or even want a result then walk on by .. ???? ????
These solicitors are excellent! I live in London, and decided to go with a company from Preston, based on great word-of-mouth reviews. I had a recent car accident, for which I was claiming for injuries, and these were the only soliciting firm that were reasonable in their price, and extremely helpful on providing legitimate advice. I decided to go ahead with them, I was assigned a contact in the firm, I was kept in constant updates, I was solicited before every decision, if I was unhappy with any step in the process they would ensure they changed it appropriately. I was extremely happy with the service they provided, and the ease of contact with the firm, and extremely pleased with the final result. I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. Absolutely brilliant!!
Parmar& Co Solicitors helped my brother get compensation many years ago after a motorbike accident caused by third party. Then 2 years ago I was hit by car while on pushbike. I contacted Parmar and after around a month I got 1.5k back for my Colnago, several months later I got health loss compensation. Very glad with their professional service. Unfortunately yesterday I had another accident so I found their contact details again and will not hesitate to call them tomorrow morning.

I had a claim running with them for almost 4 years, had great service at the start when Idris was my contact, but I'm afraid since his departure their service has been pretty bad. I have had to chase at every juncture, almost hassling to get a response to any email that I sent! Finally got settled almost 4 years to the day, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND without Idris.
Was recommended by a family friend. They were first class for me dealing with my claim. No hassle did all the work and kept me always in contact when needed would have no qualms to use their services again !
Changed solicitors at least 3 times during my case. Asked to be emailed but insisted on sending letters. Got fees wrong in letters they'd sent me. Complained about the service but never heard back from my complaint. Advised me against having a scan on my back which I've now found does have more wrong with it. Didn't believe that I was still in pain. I'd only they'd seen the car I managed to get out of. On its roof down a ditch.
They did a great job for me and I'm very grateful and happy with outcome I hope not to need their services again but if I ever do I won't hesitate to call them or recommend them to other people thank you x

I approached Parmar and Co after my son was knocked off his motorbike by an elderly driver.
From start to finish Parmar and Co were professional and supportive handling all the legal stuff whilst I concentrated on getting my son better. Nearing the end, my case was taken over by Idris. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He went above and beyond to secure the best outcome and payout for my son.
