I went into this shop today to return some parcels using Evri. I had forgotten my glasses but managed to get the labels printed with the help of a customer in the shop and the gentleman behind the counter. In the process of trying to print my labels off without my glasses I managed to leave my mobile. I can’t thank the gentleman behind the counter enough for spotting my mobile and looking after it until I got back to the shop to pick it up. Top customer service and a very good shop.
Went there today to return some parcels using their Evri service. The system was all good and fine until I had to hand them in and there was no one there or coming to help me - I went to find them and when I did find the man he was incredibly rude.
Complained about having to run this shop and the one next door - I was fine to wait there was no issue and I only asked for help once and he repeatedly kept saying “one minute” like I was asking him again but I hadn’t said anything. I waited, he eventually came and as I left he had the audacity to go “Patience” at me.
He clearly wasn’t having a good day so I continued to walk out to the shop and not address it. The man asked me to wait, I waited I didn’t do anything wrong but was met with a horrible attitude and rudeness.
Went for the first time to drop off an Evri package as they are the only place in the village. Really helpful and friendly service, thank you!
If Uncle hasn't got it in stock ,just ask and on your next visit he will have it .
