Got referred here by 111 to be advised if I needed to seek further medical attention. Rang in advance to let them know I was coming as what I have is contagious and took photos so they didn’t have to look at my throat. Pharmacist was dismissive on the phone, refusing to even look and said I only needed ibuprofen and if it was tonsillitis that it was my doctors problem. Days later I ended up getting sent immediately to a walk in where I was told I had a heart rate of 140 and a temperature of 40 degrees. I was then sent straight to A&E where I was placed on a drip, given various medicines and tested positive for glandular fever and have to now use numbing throat spray to eat, drink and swallow the antibiotics that I have been given. This could have perhaps been solved much faster and not have gotten to this extent if the pharmacist hadn’t refused to help.
One star is too much for the services they provide. I am 37 weeks pregnant with gestational diabetes. A week ago my GP ordered for me testing strips to measure my blood glucose and I still haven't got them! I've been calling the pharmacy every day and they tell me ridiculous excuses just to avoid me. YOU GUYS ARE PATHETIC!!! You are the worst pharmacy ever and your customer service is very rude. I had to order the testing strips from Amazon and pay a cost of 25 pounds plus delivery cost because you don't know how to do your job and the worst, YOU DONT CARE! TOTALY UNRECOMMENDED!
According to Website its closes 6pm., I went 5.50pm for treatment for my grandson, doors were locked and woman inside told me they were closed. I won't be going back.
Disgraceful service talk to customer like they are dirt nothing ever ready on time I now have a client in limbo with no medication they are absolutely shocking

Possibly the worst chemist ever awful horrendous customer service. Always asked to come back at a later time even when I need my medication. will never be coming back
