I have had my BMW in with them a few times now, friendly and efficient, services done in line with BMW and online portal updated each time.
I needed an interim service on my BMW. I was given an appointment within few days from booking. I could drop off my car before the appointment. It was completed within a few hours. The service was registered within iDrive and with BMW. All in all, it has been a good experience and I can strongly recommend to anyone.
Popped in to ask about a problem with my Z4, the staff were incredibly helpful, identified the issue and a week later, it has been back in and all sorted.
The staff really know their stuff in my view, very helpful advice and I walked away feeling that I had recieved great service and value for money. Thank you and well done.

Initially was booked in to replace the clutch on my 2011 mini clubman SD - the person I had spoken to was very polite, professional and called me back with a price the same day. They competitively beat all other quotes I had obtained from German car specialists, with a two week waiting list which is understandable based on the great things I heard from my colleague. I decided to cancel today, and still; polite, professional and understanding.

Diagnosed low pressure fuel rail to be injector fault, fixed issues and mot . Had car back in the next day. Will be using them in the future for any works needed 10/10 customer service .
