Quality far inferior to others in town. Look at the state of this sausage provided (see picture). Chips were cold too. Really poor, far better options.
Great tasting fish and chips and not bad prices.
Really nice fruity curry sauce too.
We will be getting it from here again in the future. Cooked just how we like it. Crispy batter and nice inside, not squidgy/soggy or dry.
The kids portion of fish and chips I would suggest is small enough to feed up to an 8 year old. It was way too small for our 11 yo, but you never know the size until you get it. But we know now!
Very poor customer service, they were moody and didn't care. There was 3 staff members and it took 20 minutes to get our food when there were no other customers in the shop. We visited at midday and the chis were like they were the end of the day chips and hard. Not proper chip shop chips. I wouldn't not go back or recommend in the slightest.
We went here in August on a Sunday when there were fireworks in Tenby harbour, it was very busy and they were still serving past 8.30 when they were meant to close at 8. We ordered and when I went to pay, but card kept being declined for an order of around £20. I was virtually about to tell me two hungry and slightly tired children that we couldn’t have anything, when the lady serving us said I could just take our order and pay tomorrow! She would have no idea if I would be there, or even come back. This was such a great act of kindness and it meant the world to us, as I was able to feed my children and it made the evening for us! The food was amazing, we especially love the fruity curry! We came back the next day and paid and have been back every time we are in Tenby. Thank you ever so much for being so kind and trusting. I can’t think of another business that would do this. It would have been so easy to have turned us away. I am incredibly grateful and have told everyone to visit this chip shop! The lady in question is in the picture. She is worth the visit alone!
Absolutely disgusting, worst fish and chips I've ever had the misfortune of eating. Over priced, took forever to deliver food to us and in the eat in prices were extremely high. (Almost 30/40% markup to eat in).
The milkshakes need some work, but the fish and chips here are honestly SO ICONIC! Beautiful crispy battered fish with a HEALTHYYY portion of chips, will always, ALWAYS come back to this spot! ????
Fish was clearly not fresh and tasted/smelled like ammonia, couldn’t eat it and had to go to the bathroom soon after. Looks like they have new staff running the place which might explain it, my guess is they’ve gotten lazy with meat produce to save money.
Possibly the most pale chips I've had and first thoughts were that they weren't cooked but they were hot. The fuity curry sauce is amazing
