Worse dentist in Chaddesden, he doesn't no wot he is doing ,he given me antibiotics for a infection,, and then said if its still same in 1 week come back so I went back after 10 days with same problem and he said there's nothing wrong . and because I asked for a second opinion he did not like it,, I got a tx msg 4 days later saying whe are removing you because you missed 2 appointments. but I rang up to cancel so I am taking this further . the reviews speak for them self's they had good reviews 2 years ago its one bad apple ....
Worst dentist I have ever been to, been there for years but they have got progressively worse. Dentist contradicts what they say from appointment to appointment, had the airflow treatment and the dentist chipped my tooth. When I questioned this they denied it and tried to tell me it was chipped before! Do not recommend.
Very helpful till now, dentist is very polite and friendly. got the registration/ appointments , needed referral for wisdom tooth extraction but attending for follow up and regular checks .
If u calling to find out about registration for your child, make sure your sentence starts with " calling on behalf of my child..." otherwise, you be met with a sharp response "We not taking new patients" from the receptionist
Been going here for 16 years. The dentist is a good, friendly dude. However, the woman on the desk was pathetic!! Mine was the last appointment of the day, and despite arriving on time, I was told to rebook as the dentist room had started to close down. If this happens again, I will be going somewhere else. Furious!
First visit there today after transferring from Revive.
Found all the staff to be friendly,polite and professional.

First appointment with this dental surgery and could not recommend them enough. Appointment bought forward due to cancellations, friendly receptionist, very professional dentist who explained each process and put me at ease. 5* recommendation, many thanks.
Dentist was great, we got seen to quickly and receptionist was friendly. Small practice but we got what we needed. Out of so many dentists I phoned up in Derby these were the only ones taking NHS patients without a half year + waiting list.
