I registered at the practice a few months back and I am very impressed with the service and care received so far. I have found it a lot easier to get through to the surgery on the phone compared to the last surgery I was registered with. The GP's have also been very thorough during consultations and haven't just been quick to get me out of the door unlike many experiences with my last surgery. Their online request system has also proved very convenient. Nothing but good things to say so far!
This surgery deserves some recognition for the work they do, the support they have given to me in the last year does not go unnoticed. The staff are compassionate, understanding and despite there being a shortage of appointments across the nation, they try their best to give you an appointment. The clinicians are top… would suggest this surgery to anybody.
If you have young children stay away from this doctors. My 3 year old was given the wrong antibiotics by aisha the trainee doctor and she provided an incorrect diagnosis. We went back two days later and seen her again. She didn’t bother to check anything apart from her eyes and advised us to wait for the full 5 day course to finish. Ended up in an and e on the weekend. The an and e doctor advised us the medicine was wrong and the diagnosis was wrong. Within one day of giving the correct medicine my 3 year old was 80% better.
Would like to thank the staff today at park leyes , especially Cheryl for sorting out my 12year old sons script for antibiotics, as seen in children A and E Saturday for appendix pain and a high temp since Thursday but turned out a urine infection and no script given, advice given, hospital lab will ring you then you will get call from hospital to collect it , now is mon evening 5.40pm no reply from hospital but his own GP sorted , Dr was brilliant re assured me nothing to worry about they will help me , thank you Park leys

Fantastic surgery. Never struggled to get an appointment. I was always listened to and get the answers I wanted.
Their online service makes everything so much quicker and more efficient. Was a real shame when we moved and could not stay registered with them as good surgeries are hard to come by.
Since I moved over to this surgery, I have been looked after, more in 13 months, than ever with my previous GP (of over 10 years)
Especially as these days, services are really struggling to meet patients needs.
I feel safe in their hands. Plus they are always friendly and really listen to your symptoms.
Minus a point for parking only. However it is better than most places.
Very happy here.
I've never had an instance of rudeness or a bad experience. I've found the staff and reception to be polite and courteous whenever I'm in. Great surgery all around
