Only complaint is staff on till dnt know wats available in store or not asked for a certain product I go there for staff said we dnt have it ....I was confused by this so out if curiosity I went out shop called store asked for pharmacist an surprisingly yeah we got it in now ....so staff are gunna obviously do the shop out of sales seems to me people on till just cba to ask or look
Will not use this pharmacy again. very rude staff who have no clue what they are doing. The staff are very unhelpful and cause inconvenience every time i have a prescription.
Every time I have medication, park Lane pharmacy go above and beyond to make sure I get the medication promptly. Despite this, I had my inhaler changed by the Dr and despite ordering it, it didn't come till the Saturday. On arrival, at closing time, my relative had arrived to the pharmacy being locked. Special commendation to Karen, the doors were reopened in order for my drugs to be despensed, almost certainly keeping me from a hospital stay.... Thankyou once again park lane, for all your help at all times ????
Mixed up my medication too many times to recall. Accused me of lying about receiving the medication. When I went to take package back in to show the missing item there was no apology for their mistake just faced with a wall of stone. Instead I was called names by the pharmacist in regards to my disability when I highlighted that yet again I've not been given all my medication they told me "if I don't like it to go to one of the other hundreds of pharmacy's." I explained about my disability and they left me feeling belittled and kept rolling their eyes.
According to the pharmacist they deal with many patients with the same complaints as me, says more about them than it does me! It ended with me being followed and aggressively shouted at whilst trying to get back to my car by the lady with disabled arm. Apparently she knows what it's like to be disabled yet her disability is visible and people are more accepting. Same day I found another pharmacy!
The pharmacist is definitely needs to work on her customer service skills. She told me off for never being in for delivery (I did not ask for delivery as I'm out at work during the day). Every time I mentioned a mix up all she could say was "our driver has tried to deliver to you 4 times but you weren't in."
Avoid this pharmacy if you'd like blister packs or any medication given correctly. They will also change your medication without talking to consultants or doctor and not tell you. And they'll leave medication out of your blister packs which if you take quite a few like me you'll only notice when you feel ill.
Also the pharmacy is filthy. Do not sit on the chairs in there, they are caked in years of dirt. It has taken me over a week to recover from the trauma of what happened enough to write this.

Will not come here again....absolutely rude. I asked the girl behind the counter if these eye drops were for people who use computers and suffer with dry eyes and she looked at me like I was thick....she obviously doesn't know that there are eye drops for people who use computers and suffer with dry eyes. TOTALLY unprofessional. Will never go here again.
Worst pharmacy in wednesbury by a country mile
My wife and I Moved in the area recently and my wife and I decided to change our chemist to Park Lane chemist for getting and delivering our prescriptions to us.
So glad we did! They are excellent, all the staff are pleasant and very helpful, very reliable as well.
Would recommend this chemist for their services. Outstanding!
Since 20 weeks pregnant i was told by over 15 pharmacies that there was a manufacturing problem with an injection (clexane) and that they couls not get them for me. This pharmacy has had no problems helping me get what i need and even orders my injections in advance now so im never without. Such a great service. They really do go out of their way to help.
Friendly, helpful, professional. Can't sing the praises of this place enough. Popped in after going to a walk in health centre for a daily dressing change which was closed?? Asked if they new anywhere I could go and they changed it there for me at no cost. Thanks for the excellent service.
