Ketchup sauce is basically tomato jam. Had nothing to do with ketchup
Also pro tip: order your sandwich without any sauces they will try to add to your order coz it completely ruins the taste. It’s just a way to make extra cash.

Le gars de Top Bun (un autre endroit où les smash sont délicieux) me recommandait cet endroit: et il m'a pas menti! Les burgers sont délicieux! Un seul burger à la carte, mais perfectionné au max! Un régal! Tout est homemade, je reviendrai !
Meilleur smash! À chaque fois que j’en goûte un nouveau je me dis qu’il n’est jamais à la hauteur de Papabou. C’est local, qualitatif, les frites sont croustillantes et les sauces savoureuses

Delicious! ???????? probably the best burger in Geneva hands down. The only detail is I recommend ordering double patty because the smash burger only has one and it is too thin.
