Sweet and sour chicken balls come with the separate sauce which looked neon pink. Wasn't my item but the person who ordered couldn't eat it. The rest of the meal was fine.
Very very average chinese takeaway, the pancake rolls they served me were laughable. You guys need to take some advice from Happy Valley, they do Chinese food much better than you. I don't like to criticise because you seem to work very hard on the surface, but you really do not deliver unfortunately! Need to do better. The guy at the font desk was the silverlining.
Congratulations... on providing us with the worst Chinese we've ever had... had to pick the food up twice because the order was wrong... and then it was still wrong and under cooked and we can't even eat it
I have been loyal to this place for 20yrs from a time when we lived in Deeping. Tonite when my husband received our usual order he remarked it was very quick. When we got home some 10 miles away we found the reason it was quick nothing cooked properly. Really disappointed with Mrs Pang she knows how long we have been coming there and she serves up uncooked food. Furious 2 stars today.
The starters were really excellant but I had to chuck the rice away as it is way too salty for me but that is personal I like steamed unsalted rice, and I live too far away to try the other dishes they do so you will probably see only one review from me on this and it is based on the scrumptious starters. The main dish with the rice must have been fine as I ate it but cannot remember what it was lol. I have a lousy memory ????
Me and my partner have been going here for 15 years.... wouldn't even entertain going to another place locally for a Chinese takeaway...never had a bad meal ever...always been delicious and fresh...we only order a set meal for one between us as portions are so good! Then take into account the value at under £8 and the service with a smile and you can't fault them at all.
Absolutely baffled at the poor reviews????
The meats were very fatty, I couldn't eat 1/2 of the very large portion of pork with satay sauce due to it being all fat. If you want lots of poor quality this is the place. The prawn toast tasted of way too much butter and the chow mein was bone dry and no flavour. My partners spare ribs had so much fat we threw the portion away. We tried it a few years ago, second chance was even worse.
Just had a telephone takeaway from pang's. When we picked up and got home it wasn't what we ordered (meal a for 1). What we had consisted of cold black chips, microfused sweet and sour pork (I think it was pork) and solidified chicken curry; should have been chop suey. It all went straight in the bin.
The last meal from pang's was equally as bad but we thought it may have just been an off night...not so it would appear! Do they actually read these reviews and act accordingly?
For those who have had great meals, well done you. For others, seek another takeaway methinks, like us.
