Got a salt and pepper munchy box for nearly £20 then nearly £3 for prawn crackers which after being served by the obnoxious child who was serving at the counter. Got back to the caravan and opened the box to find what looked like dried out stale leftovers with items missing from the menus description and also had no salt and pepper seasoning and the ribs, wings and shredded beef were so dry they snapped in half. Returned it and asked for a refund or exchange and was refused point blank and had the box of inedible food pushed back over counter towards me by an unreasonable poison tongued woman who was calling me a liar so basically stolen the money given for food that wasn’t fit for human consumption. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your money!!
Went after work had chicken chow main chicken was still hard no taste to it avoid if you can won't be going again straight in the bin
Food nice but the customer service was awful. Some 10 or 12 year old child serving, very disrespectful and Spoke down to me, shouted at me twice when I asked for a fork.
I was so shocked and disgusted the way he spoken to customers with no respect or any type of manners. Never been spoken to like this by anyone.
Will never go back to be spoken to like that by a 12 year old boy. Learn him manners, I would be deeply ashamed if I was his mother! vile behaviour !!!
Customer service is shocking, a child talking to adults with nil respect. Gets orders wrong and then blames the customer and gets annoyed when you ask him to repeat the order back to you.
Food shocking, tastes like it's just microwaved together and gives a bad stomach.
Went there last night and the little boy was
trying to short change people playing dump about it. Also with me. Make sure u check you're change when ordering there. The little boy thinks he's slick. Will never go agein. Disgusting. Zero star!

The young lad is just trying to do a job and the reason it may be slightly slow, is that the food is cooked fresh in front of you !
Horrible food made me and my family ill the next day seemed expensive and the munchy box is a waste of time just full of chips basically nothing like the other munchy boxes we’ve had from other places also the staff seemed rude when ordering definitely a place al not be returning to ever
Panda Chinese serves delicious food and has been a staple in the community for years. However, the staff could use some improvement in terms of their customer service and they are abit slow service. Overall, the food makes up for the lack of friendly service
