The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I moved here after being frequently let down by another local pharmacy and haven’t regretted the move. Julie always remembers my name and my son’s name and will search for our prescriptions as soon as she sees me come through the door. It can get busy at times but I find the staff are always polite and helpful, no matter how busy they are.
Very unprofessional and never listen to what customer is telling. They charged me for 2 prescriptions lying that GP has given me twice which i was not been informed of. Even if i argue she kept telling me it's 2 prescriptions. When i asked for proof, then she gave the money back without even apologising for her mistake. (I Don't think it's a mistake) The tone of talking is not acceptable.
Nice clean shop, well laid out. I needed something that they never had in stock and the nice lady behind the till ordered it for me. It was there the next day when I went in. It can be busy in there but the staff are eager to help and have always been very polite to me
Rude. UNPROFESSIONAL. No fairness or compassion. Idea of Multi culturalism and fairness dies at this place every second. Staff treats different communities in different tone and manners. Can't believe this is Britain in 2023.
Unhelpful staff, told my tablets are ready, but you can't have them yet, come back after 2pm, pharmacist on lunch, then told me, if I didn't like it, I could have my prescription and go somewhere else, rude staff very unfriendly
I just went to get my medicine for prescription issued by the GP on 13-01-2024 and one portion of that is being already taken and it’s being paid also by my wife but they have charged me today as well though i was saying that it’s already been paid,But the old lady at the counter with grey hair she was keep saying that I need to pay and this is some kind of other prescription so I paid.But when my wife called me said that no need to pay for that I again went to pharmacy and requested a refund then same old lady she was trying to convince me that it’s a separate payment then when I told her that I’m going to talk to GP about this she ask me to wait for 10 minutes and even then I went to the counter again she just gave my money back and thrown my receipt to the dustbin even without apologizing.very bad behavior very poor customer service.teach your colleagues how to respect and respond to the customers Pan Pharmacy
Rude staff I get my meds delivered had a delivery today item missing so rung to ask about missing item was told it was in the safe as its a controlled drug and that I could collect tomorrow. I'm disabled hence have delivery every month. Lady was rude I've been a customer for years you'd think they'd know about all my meds when I said it should have been delivered along side my usual meds.She was abrupt and rude no apology nothing won't be using them any more
Rebecca's advice was much appreciated. After her advice, my GP amended my prescription. Friendly and approachable. Keep up the great work. I have made this my permanent pharmacy as the one at the Radleys are not trust worthy.
