Since this has been taken over I can not fault. I have had my COVID and flu vaccination there, my prescriptions are always ready when I go to collect, very helpful and friendly staff
After being with a family run pharmacy for many years, decided to try Padiham Pharmacy. Was blown away by the helpfulness of the staff, the information they give you and the fact they go above and beyond and always make time for you is amazing. So lovely and prescription is ready within 5/10 mins!! Defo recommend!!
This is a new chemist and although I didn't have many issues with the previous one, the team at Padiham Pharmacy have excellent customer service. The place itself is much more neat and tidy, full shelves. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with an efficient service with a smile and the best thing is no more waiting 7 days to collect a prescription! I don't know if this is the norm but my last two collections have been much quicker. Well done ✅
Excellent service and vast improvement since being taken over. Staff are very efficient and friendly, went in to pick up my Mums prescription and ended up having a flu and covid jab!! Can fully recommend.
My husband attended this morning for a cholesterol blood test after ringing them yesterday. (He does not have a Google account which is why this in my name )He says had a nice welcome and although he had to wait a short while for the pharmacist, other staff were attentive and friendly. In a separate, private room the pharmacist asked about his medication, did the blood test and gave the results within minutes, writing them on a paper to take with me and discussed the numbers. Overall an outstanding experience.

This pharmacy which as recently changed hands and is now known as Padiham Pharmacy is a breathe of fresh air. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and work efficiently as a team. They are very polite and willing to go that extra mile to sort out any issues. The level of service is the best it as ever been at this chemist so much that l have now decided to switch my fathers prescriptions over to this chemist. The delivery service is vital for my father who can't get to the chemist as there are times when l can't pick up his prescriptions and in some cases have forgot to order them in time. All this as now been taken out of my hands and the chemist will now take care of ordering the prescriptions in time and making sure they are delivered. I would recommend this chemist to anybody looking for a friendly, competent chemist to take care of their own or family members prescriptions.
P.S There are many other in-store services available for anyone who likes to keep an eye on their health and so l would recommend bobbing in for a friendly chat with the chemist if you're ever in town.
