This is the best Pad Thai I've ever eaten. He cooks it fresh as you wait. Minimal ingredients but so flavoursome. Also, there's the perfect noodle to veg/tofu ratio.
This was my favourite pad Thai I’ve had within the 4 Thai cities we’ve been to so far. The owner was very friendly and it’s very cool to see it being made in front of you.
Go here!! The guy is super friendly. You wait around 30 mins for your food if its busy but so worth it. We had the garlic pork with rice and the veggie green thai curry and they were both unreal. Such a good price as well!!

Best pad thai EVER in Pai! This pad thai is on Pai walking street and is at the end and has a sign labelled as "cashew vegetarian pad thai 50 baht." He is a master chef and such a sweet guy! Just go (vegetarian or not), you will not believe your tastebuds.
The best pad Thai cart in Pai, or Thailand. This place is amazing and does only vegetarian Pad Thai. Was in Pai for only 3 days and went every day. Closed Sunday’s and opens at 6pm every other day. Go, you won’t be disappointed.
