Awful attitude:
-been there today for MOT on my car.
Had failed because of an headlight adjuster issue and the exhaust pipe bracket came off.
Ladies at the reception were polite & friendly , However after collected the key and mot doc, outside was the I suppose main mechanic or owner of the garage since the other boys working there call him ‘boss’.
I approach with the intent of asking what to do with the headlight to make it work and ask if they do weld or whatever necessary to sort out the exhaust pipe.
I was welcomed by this bumptious ‘boss’ with rolling his eyes to the young fella next to him saying ‘ffs’ and when I said excuse me he was like: ‘I’m working, you know?!’
Then in a dismissive manner told me the headlight failed , might need replacing , and exhaust mount missing so why am I bothering him ?#!?
I don’t know if he s the owner or not , but if this is how you deal with customers you have and come to you because you’re a mechanic and you do repairs as well (that’s what they advertise), then hope people go elsewhere and not have to deal with such arrogant and uneducated attitude.
One thing is sure for me: I’ll never go there again and will never recommend it to others .

Great garage, called them and they fitted me in, and fixed my rear brake lights within an hour. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Thank you, I will be back for all repairs in future.

I've had my car fully serviced and repaired by Bruno's for many years now and I would never consider taking my car anywhere else. I've always had friendly, honest and professional service. I count myself incredibly lucky to have such a trustworthy service locally. I would highly recommend.
Have been with P Bruno for over 3 years now (and multiple used cars that I've owned in that time!) and I have to say, the service they provide is top notch. From day one they've been willing to help in a timely manner, they're so informative and ever so honest, not to mention how friendly everyone there is. I've been taking all my cars to Pas and his lovely family-owned business since I learnt to drive almost twenty years ago. I wouldn't go anywhere else and always recommend them to everyone; and all of those people have told me how good they were too.
The staff are always bright and cheerful and bend over backwards to accomodate me. Would give 6/5 if I could!
Pas Bruno and his merry crew have been servicing our cars for over 6 years. They do a brilliant job at a very reasonable price, and are totally trustworthy. I'm now using them to service my Porsche Boxster, no higher praise can any garage have!
Absolutely fantastic. Timely and fair work. Very friendly and easy to reach folks. Even dropped the car off at our house in the village as we have little kids and couldn't pick it up. What service!! Don't go to the dealers, this is all you need! Mike
