Spoke to the lady on the phone. She was so rude. In fact so rude I rang back two minutes later and cancelled the order as we wasn’t picking up for another half hour anyway (passing through Llandovery on the way home). The abuse I got on the phone was so awful I hung up. It’s a shame because it never used to be like this and the food is pretty good. Personally I’ll never go again as the service lets everything down.
The absolute ******* worst kebab I’ve ever had, ordered a large chicken and lamb Shish kebab with no salad and got 2 pieces of each , chips tasted like they’d been cooked in old oil, and the meat wasn’t even nice considering I paid £10 for it. Absolutely shocking, no idea how they have any customers
Extremely disappointed! Firstly the pricing is extortionate and the food was extremely poor quality. I don't mind over paying for good food but this was simply another matter entirely. The kebabs contained very little meat, and the meat wasn't even in the pitta. I had to construct my own kebab... The pizza was hurrendous, it was like cardboard. I imagine it was frozen and extra ingredients added on top when requested. Save your money and buy from the shop!
IT'LL BE A LONG TIME, IF EVER I'LL GO THERE AGAIN, PENNIES UNDER £20 FOR A NINE INSH PIZZA, AND SMALL DONNER MEAT WITH A TOPPING OF CHEESE,MEAT WAS DRY , PLUS I ORDERED A LARGE DONNER MEAT WITH A TOPPING OF CHEESE .FAR BETTER IF I'D GONE TO THE MAYFLOWER CHINESE TAKEAWAY, BUT THEY WERE CLOSED ON A TUESDAY.
Decent enough, ordered large donner meat and chips had to pay extra £2 as wasn't enough meat in my opinion and was hungry ????♂️
Truck driver parked up near by and this was the only place close open for food.
Solid 3, not the best certainly not the worst, however on the pricey side
We stop here often on our visits to new quay Wales. Staff couldn't be any more friendly, they're amazing. Food is lovely too
Always a good meal when you go to Ozzys. Great value for money and good portions. Food is cooked to order so you know it is going to be nice and hot
