Had this place booked for a friends birthday for a party of around 20 people. The venue was quite large so space was never an issue. The food however, was not worth 30-40 per person. After eventually receiving our food after 30 minutes, i received an overcooked salmon and very salty chips. The menu is not clear either - all of the main courses come with chips, but the menu does not state this, Therefore, we were under the assumption we had to get extra chips as a side. Ended up with 4-5 portions of extra chips because of this - absolute waste of money!!!
I wouldn’t even know where to start with this.. First of all, we came into the venue and the tables weren’t set with any cutlery or any glasses or water.. This was very strange but honestly a walk in the park compared to the service we received that night.
It took them about 40 minutes to serve the starters (chicken skewers) which were very bland and disappointing to say the least and the mains meal took another 40 mins to arrive, which essentially came at closing time (12:30am). I ordered the lamb chops which on the menu was described as “lamb chops served on a bed of ratatouille with crispy onions” plus the truffle fries (which did not come).. And this is what I got served.. For a price of £50pp I was better off staying at home and ordering a takeaway. Awful service (slow and ridiculously understaffed) and bland food. Would not recommend to anyone and if you decide to go, it’s at your own risk.

We booked with Osiris lounge for a friends birthday dinner and it was an awful experience. Our group order went in around 10:30pm and we received scraps from the kitchen every 30 mins. The lounge closes at 12:30am and they brought out our mains at this time. We had one waitress for a group of 20 and she unfortunately was left to deal with a large group by herself. After speaking with the waitress several times about the missing food we were sent random awful tasting items off the menu with chips. We were given 5 takeaway boxes and foil for our large group. At this time we just wanted to pack our order away as they were closing. This is unfortunate that they would try charge customers £50 pp for this type of service and food - Avoid booking or private bookings with this lounge.
Amazing shisha and food. The staff is very friendly and the vibe is nice and welcoming. Will be back soon.

I had my 21st birthday here and it was absolutely amazing! The food (especially the lamb chops) were so tasty. The staff as well were so friendly and helpful, especially Arjona! I definitely will be back
