Fantastic service from the gentleman that was smartly dressed that made the mix sweets hamper right in front of us which was so amazing we really appreciate it as we have an event to go to this weekend, thank you so much. I bought 2kgs sweets from this so called shop sweets was very dry and after one day it's coming bad smell. Low standard quality of food. Don't buy from this shop.
The Jalibi and other sweets that I purchased this evening were extremely unpleasant in taste, as if they were cooked in expired oil or had been stored in the shop for a long time. I am a big fan of sweets and jalibis, and I regularly buy them from renowned Asian sweet shops like Ambala and Nirala. However, I have never encountered such expired and distasteful sweets in Greater London before. This was truly disappointing, especially because I was treating my father-in-law who had come all the way from the US, and I had hoped that we would have a delightful experience.
DO NOT GO HERE! I bought methai and found mice dropping. Called the shop as they had the number on the box they refused to talk about it. I have no other option but contacting food standards agency! ????
The quality of food and service is extraordinary, very polite and humble. Traditional And original taste of Lahore.
We bought 2 slices of cake and they tasted good but had not tried any other items from this sweet shop.
Good place to eat snacks buy Desi sweets drink kashmiri tea and many other delicious items

We went there for the first time on a recommendation to have Pink Tea. As we sat the staff started showing attitude and was rude which obviously made us feel awkward as we were there as a family and kids during the festive holidays mode.
When mentioned that we expect some respect then were told we shouldn't have come inside they didn't want any customer sitting I side. If they would have said it nicely that they were closing then we would have happily taken take away and gone. But having sat there deserved to be served with respect.
If there could be a negative rating then I'd give that as for sure not going there again and not recommend either if you're looking to be served with dignity and respect. In short left the tea after couple of sips and left with big disappointment
For a business customer care should be core ar heart and if that's not on offer then I definitely would not recommend anyone walking in there
