Sans doute mon café préféré de Lausanne. Ambiance décontractée, on se sent un peu comme à la maison! Le café est très bon, de qualité et est torréfié sur place. Les délices sont incroyablement bons! Le patron et les employés sont très sympathiques et peuvent conseiller selon les goûts. En plus il y a souvent de jolie expositions de photos.
I paid a visit to this rather recently establishe café, owned by a photographer, for the opening of a photo exhibition featuring my old friend Vinent Jendly's work on the high seas. The career of the owner explains his interest to expose other photographers, a great initiative. Unfortunately i did not have the oportunity to taste their different varieties of coffee; that will be for another time.
