The best thing I did was go and join OPEL.... the dentist was very very honest ,,professional and is not in the profession to seal your money or healthy teeth for the sake of money.....I asked about certain procedures to be carried out as these procedures are recommended by my last dentist. The dentist advised me that I genuinely did not need the procedures I had mentioned to him.
I was so humbled and happy to meet such a genuine gentleman.

Had my root canal done in the practice two days ago, all the staff in the practice were very welcoming and friendly. The job was pain free and done with very high standards and the result was phenomenal. Highly recommend the practice.
I am really happy with the service I receive on each visit. I suffer with anxieties going to the dentist and everyone there is really kind and supportive. My dentist Ammar Salman and the dental nurse I see on each visit give me lots of reassurance and have patience. My confidence is building each time I go, thank you.
I am a patient with the new owners ( Opal) & I have to say I am truely impressed. Gone are the 70 vibes decor & womens own magazines! Now you are greeted with a lovely welcome from Michelle who really does go above & beyond. The room’s are now bright, modern & clean.
And then there is my dentist Jafar & his dental nurse, who both understands my phobia of dentists & each time has put me at ease. And today he surpassed himself, for apprx 8 years I have had a protruding veneer due to the previous owners & have been embarrassed to smile until today, I finally have my smile back!….I am absolutely thrilled.
I cannot recommend this dentist enough, and as for the previous reviews I have read, all I can think is they must have been directed to the previous owners as Opal have only recently taken over. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have been with this surgery for many, many years and had two of the most caring dentists. The new dentist is after making money only. Wants to drill holes and put fillings into perfectly healthy teeth. The patient still has no tooth pain one year after having seen this dentist. Dentist tried to sell an implant to a patient who accord to a different dentist only needed a filling etc. Dentist is very rude and even shouted. I am quite old and I have been to many dentists in my life. This is the worst one I have ever seen.
Any dental treatment is daunting!.......But not here.........Having not been to a dentist in a number of years i let a number of issues slide with my dental care until that 'oh yeah moment' when i hurts! Upon on meeting Ammar he listened and confidently identified the most pressing issues that could be dealt with during this visit.......sorting out the tooth which was most painfull brilliantly. He advised that further visits would be needed to deal with the other issues which i had ignored and refered me to his receptionist Michelle who arranged a further appointment which was convient to mfor me. Opal Dental Practice was a refreshing change to other dentists i have been with....it doe 'what it says on the tin'....thanks!
Been with this dentist for years. I must say it’s gone down hill.
Cancelled one appointment through their voicemail as no answer.
Was told I missed an appointment and can’t be seen. Not sure if you listen to your voicemails.
They’re more interested in making money now.
I had severe dry socket after Rachael pulled my tooth out.
Had fragments stuck in the gum. Worst pain I’ve ever suffered!
She also filled my tooth so much that my tooth eventually chipped! The hospital told me this and showed me the Xray.
Heath hospital does a fantastic job.
Very disappointed. They only care about private patients and money.
Thank you for over filling my tooth which caused it to crack and refusing to extract it.

Came for my emergency appointment to my delight after being in pain. The practice was clean bright an welcoming from the receptionist who was very helpful to myself and others as it was busy .I’m an extremely nervous patient and the dentist in the 1st room beg my pardon im unsure of his name but was super friendly an professional he explained my X-ray well and then proceeded to extract my tooth in a quick pain free stress free way especially after my initial panic I was reassured it would be all over quickly by the dental nurse also who was friendly and kind. I was extremely impressed with how efficiently removed my tooth was within minutes. The 5star service I received has now given me back hope and I left feeling calm relieved and treated. Thank you for restoring my faith after having a previous traumatic experience at another practice. I highly recommend thank you once again.
