5 stars for receiving a leaning tower of Pisa wonky cake and unprofessionalism.
I ordered a bespoke cake. The cake was leaning, the flavours were ok and the words written on top of the cake were poorly written. I was overcharged for the cake and no apology was given.
The service is ok for a small treat but would use bakers who have more experience and professionalism in making bespoke cakes in the future.
So pleased with this stunning birthday cake, with red velvet flavour. Thanks so much Oohlalatreats cakes. Excellent work!
I’ve ordered from Oohlalatreats in the past and was thrilled when I heard that the owner was opening up a shop as this meant that I could pop in and buy a selection of the cakes and desserts as and when I wanted to. I visited on the day of the opening and was like a child in a candy shop. The cakes looked amazing (as always), the shop was beautifully decorated, the customer service was great. Most importantly of all the cakes tasted absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend visiting this shop or ordering online as you will NOT be disappointed. All the best to the owner, I will be visiting again very soon, my taste buds are screaming for you treats : )

What a cute shop! Felt welcome as soon as i walked in..the ladies were so friendly with welcoming smiles!.. The Rum Cupcake ..ahhh was absolutely delicious! Im not exaggerating at all but these cupcakes have just the perfect amount of moisture and flavour is soo good! Red velvet cake was also amazing.. would definitely recommend.. heavenly cupcakes with a great atmosphere and a family vibe!
Visited this shop on Saturday, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The shop is a delight to look at with beautiful decor and style. There were many choices to choose from, they had cupcakes, slice cakes and even tart's. I also found out that large cakes could be ordered for occasion like weddings and birthdays. Will definitely be visiting again and again. ????????
I have brought cakes from Oohlalatreats for birthdays, Easter, Christmas and other occasions. I told her the designs and her creation is phenomenal , a real artist with her designs and the cakes taste absolutely great too. I really cannot fault a single thing. They offer a very professional service and are ver accommodating. You have to see and taste it for yourself. I highly recommend this service. ????????
