Extremely unreliable and agressive to female customers , left my car with my MOT letter
To state issues with my car all I asked was if he could fix it and how much . Told me to leave my car so he could look and now this being Xmas I expected it to be longer but after several calls and voicemail still could not get this guy he only has a mobile number. Called today for an update (nearly 3 weeks later)as even though I left my details not one attempt to call me. Accused me of dumping my car (mind I have call logs) was extremely aggressive on the call when I tried to explain all this he told me to pick my car up he won’t be fixing this . As a female trying to get a garage to trust who won’t rip u off is hard enough but add agressive gaslighting and that’s absolutely disgusting behaviour. Stood at the door of his garage smoking weed when I picked the car up for him I got my mot letter back with my number on it clearly written which he states wasn’t. Again was extremely aggressive to me a 40 year old woman when all I wanted was to take my car and go but then claims he was saving me from being ripped off. He actually scared me being a female by myself while he stood doing drugs. Ladies please don’t use !
This guy is a legend, saw my first car same day (no charge) next day he got my second car to make repairs to suspension. In my opinion he under charged so he got a tip. I can't rate David highly enough other than to make the assurance rhat none of my cars will ever be looked at by anyone other than Davidt (he legend).

Absolutely excellent service provided from a top mechanic in his field ! This is by far the best garage IV came across in many many years ! Not only is the guy great at his job but he totally knows his profession inside out after lots of experience working his trade for a number of years now and this stands him in good stead not only for scheduling your appointment and working out a time frame for the repairs but completing the task at hand and having your car back when promised in prime and road worthy condition !
Not only does he offer the best price on servicing your vehicle but can arrange for your MOT work to be sorted easily all under one roof!
All in all I'm super impressed with his professionalism and genuine good manner when it comes to trusting someone with the arrangement of your vehicle's maintenance !

Brought my car in with a broken spring and Davie had it sorted in under an hour including sourcing the part. Plus some sound advice about a couple of concerns I had about my car for good measure. I'll be using his services again without question and recommend it to anyone looking for fast, quality work done at a very reasonable rate.
After an absolute nightmare with various different mechanics and garages I took my wee car in and within a few hours my car was all sorted!!
Very friendly professional mechanic and he explained everything and I am more than happy with the service provided, work done and also the reasonable price. I will defo be back in a few weeks for a full service because I now feel I found found a garage and a mechanic I can trust at long last :)
20 mins before my journeys end a very loud alarm sounded in my car along with a red STOP light flashing up on the dash board....I realised I'd run out of coolant. So I ran to the first garage I came to hoping to buy coolant BUT instead a very helpful mechanic told me not too worry & he'd have a look at it so I drove it a couple hundred yards into the garage.
He topped the engine up with the coolant, gave my 2 collies a special treat and sent me on my way with no charge.
My car's going in for its MOT & service tomorrow and if it hadn't already been booked into my local garage...I'd have booked it into this garage.
I can't thank the young man enough. It just goes to show there are still helpful, kind, friendly people out there.

David went out of his way to be helpful and I cannot thank him enough. He is also by far the friendliest mechanic I've had the pleasure of seeking assistance from. Would wholeheartedly recommend! Oh, and if you have a dog that is in to raw foods, he's also your man. Mine was chuffed with his chicken feet.
Have not had good experiences with garages . Wont go into detail but i couldnt find a garage i could trust . Or mechanics that talk down to you because ur a woman . Anyway i found an advertisement for On-Route repairs . The guy david was so friendly and pleasent . First class friendly service and the work was done to a high standard and in the time frame he gave me . Very professional and would highly recommend this garage and price are fantastic to . I will defo be using this garage in future. He has restored my trust in mechanics . Really nice guy . Fantastic garage
