Lovely food. Have had both the turkey, stuffing and gravy baguette and the ham salad. Absolutely stunning. Plenty of gravy in an extra pot for dipping. Two nice ladies in there. Only two issues for me are they don’t wear gloves when preparing food which I prefer. I think this is unhygienic and should be done when making fresh baguettes and handling your fillings. Only other issue is you can only pay cash. If these two points were rectified it would be 5*

Recently started working in Tredegar. This place came highly recommended by colleagues.
I wasn’t disappointed.
Not only is the food amazing, it’s made fresh when ordered, generous portions and the prices are good.
The staff are super friendly.
It’s refreshing to be chatted to when being served these days.
1st time ordered carvery turkey but they forgot the gravy so the food was very dry and not at all enjoyable to eat, Also no cutlery!
2nd time the next day I ordered the breakfast tray and specified that I required cutlery and was told a plastic knife and fork would be included, cutlery again was not provided so Could not eat properly much like the first order!
Overall I would not recommend as they do not appear to pay attention to simple details
Beans had awfull funny taste egg was burnt and crispy bacon was paper thin toast looked like stale bread with butter mushrooms where raw worse breakfast by far was so disappointed
The one star isn't because of the food it's for the poor customer service. The one girl didn't stop moaning which made me and my mother not feel welcome. Also asked if they done latte they said yea but just give me horrible coffee.
Only leaving 1 star as it wouldn't let me leave a review otherwise worse place I have ever been for a breakfast hash browns were cooked in a George foreman mushrooms looked air fried and asked if I could change my egg for a sausage as they both cost the same but wouldn't let me had to pay for an extra sausage..
