Only been once, no adult to greet you instead they send a very young child to ask you what’s needed etc, child was polite & well mannered but too young in my opinion & maybe I don’t want to discuss what I’ve come for with a child
Please update your opening times. Took my daughter to urgent care this morning and they sent the prescription to this pharmacy as they said it is opened now and she needs the medication urgently. We arrived to find it closed. Google opening hours also state it’s opened from 8am-12pm on a Sunday as well as the front door of the pharmacy. Undue distress caused to us as well as my daughter who is still waiting for her medication as the urgent care have yet to send it to another pharmacy. I would not expect this level of incompetence from a pharmacy. It doesn’t take much to update your opening hours online.
The pharmacist on duty was not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly patient. They took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and provided me with the appropriate guidance and medication I needed. Their expertise and professionalism were truly commendable.
Moreover, Olive Tree Pharmacy's premises were well-organised and stocked with a wide range of essential medications. The entire pharmacy was clean, well-maintained, and created a comforting environment amidst an otherwise stressful situation.

Olive Tree is by far, one of the best pharmacies i have dealt with, their customer service skills are amazing. They have never said no to the simplest of requests and have always dropped of my medicines the same or next day. Can’t fault them at all.

Been using this Pharmacy for years, great service and they have loads of great stock. They didn't bump the price up during the pandemic and they would offer 7 days a week free deliveries for my dad who is clinically vulnerable. Thanks for your great service guys ????????????????????????
Mr Hamid Khan was very considerate and attentive to details which made me feel at ease in discussing the issues I was facing trying to locate my sons's prescription and he did eventually locate it saving me from having to purchase over the counter. Expect alot of advise, information, guidance and overall great customer service.
