Quite simply the best fish and chips I've ever had, and I've had a lot. Really lovely man serving, friendly and kind. Wish I didn't live 250 miles away so I could come again!

Been going to this delightful takeaway for years. I have always loved the chips (definitely the best around for many many miles) but what is better is that the quality and taste have not varied in all that time. Fish portions have also always been good. Only ordered Chinese twice because I always prefer the fish and chips. So glad they returned after the lockdowns as otherwise this would have been a very sad loss for the area.
Ray and his family have been running this great take away for years. Although the prices have gone up due Covid and effects of the war it is still countered by the quality of the portions and the great taste to both their Chinese and Fish n Chip menus. I agree with another poster - the taste has been the same since years and why go back time and time again

The Chines takeaway are good with plenty to select from.
Very welcoming staff, loads of classic dish and fish and chips. The chips are nice. The Chinese food is good and can be tailored to your taste if asked.
