We stopped here for lunch on our way to Scotland. Good access, good food, good prices. It was quiet when we walked in, but it was getting busier as we left. A really enjoyable experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again.
Very tasty all day breakfast. Also selection of other soup, light bites and toasties.Reasonably priced. Also home baking treats. Handy location just off the M74 with good size car park at rear or bigger car park just a few 100 yards away.
The food was lovely and made fresh to order. The staff were polite and curious. The building itself was lovely. We had breakfast on 2 separate days and lunch on another.
An incredible tea room with ample parking, great food and nothing was too much for the staff! The soup & sandwich deal was absolutely delicious thank you! Clean toilets and historical info was so interesting. Definitely worth a visit!
What a gem of a place. Food and staff were FABULOUS. The place itself was very clean and well situated just off the motorway at Gretna Green. Ideal stopover to and from Scotland. Not expensive at all like the motorway services. We stopped going to Scotland and on our return. Great for coeliacs.

Very easy to get to as it's just off the motorway. Lovely homemade lunches enjoyed by the whole family. Will now be our go to restaurant when in this area, highly recommended.
