The car needed a MOT, you have to make an appointment and stay until it is done ,but it was all good service and well explained.
My car failed the MOT.. no problem went and got repairs. Took the car back and had the unfortunate opportunity to meet Mitch. I couldn't of felt more of an inconvenience... He came back said failed and told me what on and walked off. I was stood there thinking we'll can I book for the repairs or what? He bought my car to the front and left it running out the front. I didn't really know what was going on other than I guess that's a que for me to leave then? He was so rude... Never will I come back or recomend. I managed to get my car in to another garage and they were utter gentlemen and had my car all sorted by the end of the day.
Mitch is clearly a little angry man.... Maybe don't work with the public? I know we can be annoying but jesus..... I was literally left standing in the reception like.... What do I do? Leave then?
Bought a pickup that had been put through an MOT ILLEGALLY!!
The pickup was sent here for an MOT and failed on corrosion and a few other things and was then passed two days later with a clean slate (apparently everything had been fixed).
The rear chassis, both near side and rear side, are completely rotten with a couple of terrible welds pretending it’s not there.
The extent of the damage is obvious but when a garage says “it’s fixed” it tends to mean it’s fixed…
Considering this truck passed its MOT two months ago, it should not be falling apart!!
This garage should not be doing ANY welding, and probably shouldn’t be doing any MOTs!!!

This car would NEVER pass an MOT as this is beyond unsafe!!!!
Good place to go for an MOT. Gave us the two weeks to do repairs and we brought it back in once complete and they inspected the work quickly and passed it. Friendly helpful staff, they physically pointed out where needed welding in two points which they didn't have to do. Would recommend.
TOOK MY SONS CAR THERE ! SOMEONE TOOK THE AIRFRESHENER OFF WITH SO MUCH FORCE THEY CRACKED THE WINDSCREEN ! THIS WAS FRIDAY NOW CANT HAVE THE CAR FIXED UNTILL THIS THURSDAY ! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

Took my car in here after another garage failed its mot. They fixed the car and then re did the mot. Had a problem 2 weeks later and oilys were happy to have the car back and sort the issue out.
Amazing garage with extremely efficient and friendly staff,very fair and professional!
Absolutely disgusting service. No responsibility taken for shoddy work. Expensive, rude and no customer service skills. Don't recommend at all.
