Absolutely fantastic service from the staff! Everyone was very welcoming to myself and my daughter.. The girls behind the counter were very accommodating to my daughter and willing to make whatever she wanted. The milkshakes where made in good time and we will definitely be back again! Highly recommend
Ordered a pot of gelatos and whipped ice cream on just eat. Received a pot of gelato with no whipped. The person who made it has purposely filled my pot with frozen jelly babies which nearly broke my tooth. They are not just cold they are rock hard as if frozen overnight. Not only was this done out of spite by whoever made it but it is a health hazard to younger kids. I would not order from here again as the staff are purposely tampering with the food.
Tried to order something in store and was told its collection only so went to order online and not taking orders from just eat or Uber eats and it’s only 840 closes at 10 so it says,seems they just can’t be bothered to make anything just sit there and get paid for it
Absolutely amazing super yummy waffle & toppings & my cousin's oggie pot we loved them.Also fantastic value for money very reasonable delivery charges to.The portion sizes are brilliant.Over all a fantastic experience . This is my No1 go to anytime I want a sugar hit.Thank you so much for everything have a wonderful weekend.xx
HORRIBLE!! Firstly the male staff was atrocious! He sighed and rolled his eyes when my kid asked for a milky-bar shake! Then after asking for a crepe, he said there was none, but proceeded to make it for the man after! Unbelievable! Flies were everywhere and after asking for a new shake due to flies going into it, he said no and that we paid already so we had to take it! Never again will I make my kids suffer in a terrible place like that ever again!
They said open until 22:00. I went at 21:31 they were already cleaning and moping the floor, when I asked they said : it's closed.
