Food is usually nice, but the men who serve you really need to improve. They often make mistakes, forget what you ordered less than a minute ago, you often have to repeat yourself because they don't understand - and even then get the order wrong. It's really frustrating sometimes.
As said the food is usually nice.
Friendly staff but was charged £3.90 for a portion of chips that were so dried up that they were inedible and went in the bin. Friday evenings chippy dinner will not be bought here again.
Ordered 2 kebabs with chips they come with no chips just meat tried to ring the shop they answered us until we said items was missing then hung up tried to call back numerous times and they kept ending the phone. Will not be returning again scammers.
Nearly 2 hours for delivery, it was a horrible cold fish ????
Obviously took it back in person and went to a proper chippy afterwards ????
Chips were excellent. Cod was rather Disappointing. Looked good in colour and texture but taste wasn't good, rather unpleasant really.
Worth another try though. As this was my first time at the Ocean fish bar.
Ordered a kids wings and chips got spicy wings, ordered a chicken kebab burger, was 10 small bits at most, ordered a pie, pie wasn’t with the order. But had 4 bags of chips that wasn’t ordered. This is after waiting 35 mins. Avoid!
Will not order from here again as me and my partner have been sick all night and day. We haven't really ate much . Horrible food
Absolutely disgusting, never again , chips were greasy & looked warmed up, kebab meat was freezing cold , everything tasted vile no word of a lie .. can understand why this chippy was empty at 7:30 pm .. if I could of given NO STARS .. I certainly would have .. best avoid this place ,
