Woke up with a totally flat tyre with a screw embedded in it. Arrived at 8.15am worrying about how I was going to get to work. They had me back on the road by 8.45. Very reasonably priced. Excellent service. Totally recommend.
Great service as usual. On time, friendly, honest and good value service. Recommend booking well in advance as they are super popular - because they are trustworthy and reliable!
Puncture 5 miles out of Harrogate on main road. Called 4 others off Google maps first - no joy. Then found Oatlands. Graham said it was not their regular business but he sent a lad out .. quickly removed tyre, shot back to the shop, fitted new tyre and returned to me to fix back on. Quote and payment over the phone. Brilliant .. thanks guys.
This is easily the best tyre garage in the country. They have an incredibly helpful team who fitted 4 new tyres to 4 new alloy wheels, replacing one set of wheels on for another, and removing the side steps, which were then delivered to my home by a very helpful mechanic. Graham was especially helpful and patient answering my emails and questions.
We had a flat battery while visiting Harrogate and Oatlands tyres came out to fit a battery, bought elsewhere, even when they had to go and change the battery because we had been sold the wrong battery. The guy fitting the new battery was very friendly and said they couldn’t leave anybody in trouble. I could not recommend them more highly and if I lived nearer they would get my business without any hesitation
Said they had a busy work schedule and still managed to take my car in to get the idler pulley and accessory belts sorted! Good price and excellent customer service! Will be keeping next time! :)
Superb service. Had a puncture after travelling up from the South for a wedding and without booking, the car was up and in the air within 5 minutes, the puncture repaired very efficiently and i was out of the door within half hour. I can't ask for more than that.
