Excellent service! I must say that recently I wasn’t feeling too well and had swung by this pharmacy when I noticed it was closed yet the young lady still welcomed me inside to assist me when I needed urgent care, without any hesitation. Great experience, love the staff. They took care of me really quickly and made sure to address all of my concerns - I even met the lovely manager!
Went to do some toiletry shopping before I fly away next week, they was really helpful in assisting me, the young lady explained every product that can be useful for me, ended up spending more than I thought. They are very patient and helpful with a good range of products, they are going to be my new go to
Fantastic service from all staff members who are very friendly and helpful in instructing me on how to take my medication. They are also offering new services which is great as my previous pharmacy didn't. I had my blood pressure taken and COVID booster done by a very cheerful lady. Overall really welcoming experience.
I find the staff very helpful, after the take over by a new management.The pharmacist in charge is very knowlegable and is very keen to listen to the customer's concern and to provide high quality and vital advice.
Thank you to the lovely staff at this chemist who helped me today with an emergency supply inhalers after being let down by Ottofield Medical Centre practice manager who had promised to send an electronic prescription yesterday 29/12/23.
