I took my Car as the engine management light came on they then looked at the vehicle and advised me that the connector to the Nox sensor was at fault , I paid them £300 to fix the issue , I went away and then same day the same light came back on they then took the Motor again briefly and advised it was okay to drive , next day again the management light came back this time with an ad blue fault and they then advised to regenerate the car at a cost of an additional £100 then I drove away assuming that it was now fixed and then again light again so I too the car back and they then advised it’s a DPF fault and it needs cleaned or replaced ??? They have the nerve to say it’s an additional £2000 to get it fixed again , ?? Now you tell me as a customer is that acceptable. The real Fault should be located from the very beginning they charge £75 an hour to look at the car and say they are the only company on the west coast to do this kind of work hence the RIP off Prices.BEWARE of their kind nature when I advised of taking them to trading standards they said we have all the evidence of the work carried out which actually was just an elimination of errors to get to the real problem
Needed a service on my Mercedes. They fitted in at a time that suited me & I waited on the car. All completed on time & within the quoted price & happy. I've used this garage a few times over the years & always been first class service.

Honest and dependable. I feel I can rely on them to advise what and when something needs repairing.
I told this garage what part my car needed when I booked it in and explained how I new this.
They quoted me £570 for the work. I couldn't believe it and said no thanks, then then wanted £80 for the diagnostic work done which I had not asked them to do as I had already diagnosed the issue.
I bought the part needed myself for £64 delivered and fitted it myself in 1 hour and I'm no mechanic
I was hopeful with this garage but that experience was off putting
Good service, car was taken in quickly at short notice . Well informed of any work needing done. Only gripe as with other garages I've used they charge you for screenwash even though you filled it the night before, its not a mechanical issue and l can top it up myself.
Would still recommend though ????
