Dr Garforth is absolutely amazing I have no problems getting to see him and he listens and understands what I am trying to explain. Reception staff are fantastic very polite. Keep up the amazing job your surgery are doing.
Do the staff here at hamids practicr get paid extra to have an attitude? Underqualified nurses trying to do the job of a doctor and failing, they dont understand the nuances of peoples health conditions and just brush your ailments issues under the rug and then refuse to allow me to get my repeat prescriptions. Would NOT recommend. I will be transferring elsewhere
This sergery is brilliant because Dr Ghafoor and all staff are so good and kind with the patients,specially one of the staff in reception is so kind I think her name is gezala . I want to thank Dr Ghafoor and all staff
Went to see the ENT dept. Fantastic experience. Starts with free allocated parking across the road, followed by the friendliest main reception staff who explained clearly that due to challenges with staffing, the ENT reception desk on floor 2 was unstaffed on that day. However, clear instructions were given to go floor 2 and wait for my name to be called by the doctor. Sure enough that's what happened. Doctor was friendly and professional. Same experience later that week on my second appointment. Fantastic experience again. This is an amazing service when you consider how under funded the NHS is.
Went to Nye Bevan this morning 1st June 23. Was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Had a breast screening with a very professional nurse called Suzie who made me feel totally at ease. Thank you
Havnt got a bad word to say about the services they are excellent Although I was there today at 8am went in the car park and saw about 6 members of staff park in the disabled bays with no badges I am disabled myself but couldnt park When I mentioned this I was told that the car park wasnt manned by the car park attendents and thats why they park in the disabled bays with no blue badges I find this disgusting by people that should know better One man who was an amputee was really struggling and said he had been circling round for an hour I just cant believe how inconsiderate these staff are and so selfish to cause so much upset to genuine blue badge holders it made my blood boil Can anyone explain to me if something can be done to make it easier for disabled people and stop able bodied staff parking in places for the disabled
Got a message asking to call back, been trying since Monday (it's Thursday now). On hold for 4h as a first caller, been told they're closed for training for the past 3 days. The recorded message says "please call after 4pm" and even after that still the same message. Managed to get my call answered and been told to wait for the nurse to call me back....like you're on the phone just tell me why you called. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!
Not very good when you are told you will passed onto consultant, and then hear nothing, good job I only waited 1 month before chasing this up,but now have to wait another month for an appointment to be able to be put back on list, back to sq one again. Very poor. If you are told "you are in the system" make sure you only leave it a couple of weeks before chasing it up.
