I was there to book my car in for work to be done! The young mechanic had an attitude. He tried to convince me I needed to buy a new Rocker Cover if he was to replace the gasket. This, because he might break it. Adding £400 to a £100 job. Eunice the owner wasn't available. I used to trust this place. Not any more!

These guys do all the work on our vans and never had a problem. Great service and reasonably priced.
Worst customer care received ever in my life . Drove my vehicle in for repair last September (2022). Was told I needed my turbo reconditioned . The garage re fitted my turbo and then rang me to say after a test drive that my vehicle was now not drivable . After my turbo was sent back to the turbo unit ( who reconditioned it ) they advised me that the turbo was now ruined as it was full of contaminants. This saga went on for for 9 months and I have now just had to arrange a tow truck to take my vehicle to another garage at my own cost having already paid £400 to recondition a turbo that is also now scrap . DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE . Full of excuses and had no intention of fixing my vehicle after leaving it not drive able and costing me money for nothing

This garage is the epitome of poor service, unprofessionalism and time wasting.
I booked my vehicle in for a new clutch. Despite waiting for 2 weeks and repeatedly chasing no substantive progress was made.
I was repeatedly advised they were waiting for parts (as the wrong clutch was initially ordered). I enquired where they source their parts from to which I was advised Round Towers. I checked the directly stock and the parts were actually in stock. I am unclear as to why I was informed for 2 weeks the parts were not in stock.
This garage has therefore been incredibly unhelpful, unprofessional and dishonest. I would therefore invite you to consider this review carefully and evaluate your options.

Have used this garage for different cars for several years, but NEVER AGAIN!!!
Had the rear brakes done in December 2022 and on pickup and £509 lighter in my pocket, was told the brakes would need time to bed in, also new rear discs, so ok fine!
End of January 2023 and another garage tells me, the callipers on the rear brakes have seized on, rendering the new discs and brakes useless. Also the front n/s calliper is also in the process of being seized!!! All this work would cost at least a grand to put the vehicle right. Avoid this garage like the plague!!! No wonder they didn’t want to look at my vehicle again making up some excuse or another.
