I had gone into the chemist across the road from Nuchem and there was no privacy at all so I went to Nuchem and I’m so glad I did this time.
Was greeted by a lovely welcoming lady at the door who not only gave advice and options for medication and confirmed the price would be ok before ringing it up but understood the privacy requirement and bagged everything up behind the counter out of view and dealt with me away from other people who could over hear. Honestly, I hope they realise how valuable you are to their team. Thank you very much for your help.
I needed some supplements that my doctor had suggested and I did not know the name. I mean who forgets the name Magnesium citrate? ????
The gentleman at the Pharmacy was kind enough to go through every Magnesium supplement and tell me what each product can do for me. I got a free tutorial, excellent customer experience and a discount!

So happy this local pharmacy had my item as no one else did.
I went here as I had try all other pharmacies and as I walked in I was actually greeted by a lovely lady and later the pharmacist came. I realised that the local pharmacy actually plays a big part in our lives and as much as we live in a world of conveniences, the human touch goes a long way. Although they didn’t have my prescription he went out of his way to find out why I was having problems finding it. It was no longer in production. For the last few years we had been using Tesco pharmacy in Hayes and you would be lucky to get a smile. This is a lovely local pharmacy.

Recently been in and Pharmacist was so helpful and advised me when my GP surgery was closed. Pharmacy staff also very helpful and I could easily find what I needed. Brilliant service

Great pharmacy in Hayes. Very helpfully when dealing with my medication. They even delivered my prescription when I couldn’t pick it up. Overall great experience.
