Good experience having my van repaired by NRP . From initial estimate and booking in .When with them i was updated with additional necessary repairs and cost before carrying them out .On Collected vehicle nice and clean well presented with a understandable printed invoice. Pleasant professional staff well did NRP thanks.

It’s always a good experience booking mine and the wife’s cars in for service and repairs. Have never had any problems prices are good and the work is always excellent. Both the ladies in reception are a pleasure to deal with and always do a great job, I only wish othe service stations where the same. ????????
First class service from initial phone call to the collection when the vehicle is completed. They are honest which is rare, and very reasonably priced. I now send all three of my vehicles to them for all works including mot’s. Plus the office ladies make a cracking cup of tea or coffee which is always a bonus.
My car was towed to NRP due to a flat tyre, they ordered the tyre straight away.

Staff very friendly, had coffee and biscuits. Mot very well tested, my car failed on tyre, went got new tyre car passed. Have been using these for couple of years and are known by our names. You get a reminder when mot due. Very good service.
I wouldn't not take my vehicle to any other auto centre,the service is honest and you come away with the feeling of not being ripped off, and having had total value for money. The staff are brilliant and can't do enough for you, thankyou and will recommend to anyone ????

Just wanted to say what a gem this place is. I have an issue with my car and they fitted me in to look same day, they couldn't have been nicer. I will definitely be using them with my car's in future, they were so helpful and would highly recommend
