I had my Tracking adjusted at Nottingham Wheel Alignment Centre, following a ball joint replacement for my Citroen C3 next door, at Nottingham MOT Centre (See separate review there). This combination service worked great. My car felt noticeably better on the road, and no doubt safer, and now my new tyres should wear evenly, saving me money in the long run! Good price too! Honest and professional service. It was easy to make an appointment over the phone (which I got on the same day), and I was seen to as soon as I arrived. They were honest about the fact that my car didn't have any major alignment issues, so I didn't waste money on an alignment. With that, I paid a reasonable price for the diagnositic and was on my way. I don't understand some of the negative reviews - they don't match my experience at all!
Great guys had my bmw in a few times after its had a lot of work done, always sorted it out quickly and let me know of any other potential issues whilst under the car. Thank you
I recently visited the Garage for a wheel alignment, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The individual handling the alignment snapped a bolt during the process and claimed it was due to my vehicle's condition. However, I believe this was a result of poor handling on their part.
What added to the frustration was the owner's response, shifting blame and insisting it was my fault. This lack of accountability was disappointing. To make matters worse, I was charged extra for re-tracking, which I find unfair given the circumstances.
While I understand that issues can arise, the overall experience and customer service fell short of expectations. I hope this feedback helps improve their services in the future.
2nd time i have used this garage for wheel alignment. Each time the service has been fast, efficient and courteous. Very reasonably priced and the end result was a car that drives perfectly ! Highly recommended !

5 star ⭐️ from me ???? What a place ???? Long story short…… booked a wheel alignment, during the adjustments bolt snapped ☹️ no panic. Ring Sytner BMW and order the replacement bolt. Give me a courtesy car to go and collect it ( with no extra cost) . In 2h both bolts was replaced and alignment done ✅
