First class service from Crystal !!
I had to contact the pharmacy today to get a prescription for my elderly uncle. Crystal in my opinion went above and beyond explaining that the item prescribed wasn’t available and that she would contact the GP to find a suitable alternative that they had on the shelf to ensure that my uncle received prompt treatment. She called me back to update me that the GP had prescribed an alternative and that they would deliver this afternoon. What can I say but a HUGE THANK YOU!! You truly went above and beyond.
I have been using this chemist's for many years and for the last 15 years monthly for my prescriptions. Recent problems in obtaining the correct prescription from the surgery has seen the staff at Northwood go above and beyond in sorting this out for which I am most grateful.
Always attentive, courteous and helpful they really are deserving of five stars and a recommendation.
Definitely would not recommend this pharmacy, especially to those who have young children on medication. Staff are very rude and abrupt, I even overheard one member of staff saying “can someone please take over before I lose my shit”!!!!
3 times they have failed to order my daughters prescribed milk, as well as another medication but that one has been easily solved by myself.
Have had no apology for their mistakes nor have I had any help in resolving the issue, I have simply been spoken down to and left to find a solution myself.
When I arrived at the pharmacy to finally collect an emergency “loan” of this said milk, I was spoken to very rudely by 3 members of staff at one time and could hear other members whispering in the background.

Much better then the chemist I used to use for my repeat prescription. They used to take a week. This one is usually the same day from submission. The text notification when ready is brilliant. Thank you
Love this chemist been going for absolute years. However I’ve recently noticed some change in the staff, one person in particular a lady with red/ Orange hair not sure if she has glasses on, but her attitude inside the shop and on the phone is horrendous, to the point now I no longer what to go in or call when she’s around. I’m sure a few people can compare as apparently she’s quite rude to a few people that have been going there years. Shame really.... You would think as she has to deal with customers on a daily basis as a job she would know how to deal with them. However though the other staff are lovely and always willing to help, perhaps she should take a leaf from their book.
Absolutely shocked the attitude of the older lady who works at this shop! rolling her eyes at me and telling the pharmacist to hurry up with my prescription because of my poorly teething 16month old baby was fed up and being a bit miserable, and clearly wanted me out the shop!! I honestly am shocked at her behaviour! Being front of house greeting customers she is NOT a good example of customer service you want representing your company! my visit was at around 5pm 26th May! (check your rota for who was on shift!)
Found this the most dis-organised Pharmacy in Burntwood
I have ordered one week in advance & still have to wait 10-15 mins when going to collect. this hasn't just happened once its every time.
Needless to say I have had enough of their incompetence & will not be using them in future.
