just revisited Northdown Pharmacy to pick up a prescription at short notice. The staff took the time to prepare the prescription while I waited for just a few minutes. Have only used this Pharmacy for a few months but customer service and advice has always been consistent and positive. Given advice also today ,on the up and coming seasonal Flu and Covid vaccinations beginning mid September. Five star service from me. Location Is good with street parking nearby.
Poor service and are very disrespectful to a few people . They never seem to answer phone calls . You are better off jumping a bus to boots in Westwood cross
Disappointing, 2nd time I have turned up and not been able to collect a prescription due to no pharmacist present to sign. This seems a common issue, whats the point of the store being open without a pharmacist there!!
I qualify for a flu jab based on age. I had a covid jab at this pharmacy so thought I’d have the flu jab too as they have a walk in service. I’ve visited 4 times and they have run out so today I called and asked first and as they had it I told the assistant I’d come along to get it. I got there, she spoke to the pharmacist who was hidden from view and he point blank refused to give it, telling the assistant to tell me o come back on Tuesday. Absolutely furious, if it had been busy I could understand but it wasn’t. Thought his attitude was absolutely appalling. Will never use them again nor recommend
Always calm polite and patient even when dealing with stressed and stressful customers. They provide a high level of care and aftercare. I always leave feeling like a person not just a customer.
The pharmacist regularly seeks an update when I am prescribed new medication as well as contacting me when my prescription is ready for collection.
Recently when I was incapacitated they were able to deliver my medication within a few hours after my making a request.
They are a valuable and valued part of my 'Care Package'
Went for a vaccine and used their walk in service which was excellent. It was quick, efficient, very professional and caring.
Repeat prescription not reordered as requested. Advised by the pharmacist that it would be done as an urgent request so to come back next day. Still not in the next day and pharmacist was rude. It took two more days and a call to my GP surgery to get my medication. Told by surgery that it had been sent over the previous day so rude pharmacist would have had it when I went in at 6. Withholding or couldn’t be bothered?
There is one lady with foreign accent. Always helpful and super outgoing service, always doing extra miles to make sure you leave the pharmacy happy. I was there many times and always having a pleasure when she is in the store. Today she explained to me how I can benefit from a different service and signed me up all by herself. She is a real jewel in the customer service and a huge credit to this business. Thank you kind lady!
